Escrick is a pretty village set approximately 5 miles out of York city centre. The village offers a local pub, Thai restaurant and post office. The hotel is set back from the A19 which runs through the village next door to the village church. Views across farmland and fields are available from the lodge rooms upon request. A regular bus runs into York to avoid parking problems.
